*Tuition is one lump sum split into equal monthly payments over a 10 month period. Monthly rates don’t change due to a holiday break or months with a 5th week. All families are required to sign up for Auto-Pay for the season unless the entire season is prepaid in advance. All classes have 2 inclement weather days worked into the schedule. Any weather closings after that will have scheduled makeup days.
Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of every month. There will be a $15 late fee added to accounts if Auto-Pay direct debit payments do not process (are declined) by this date. There will be an additional $7 late fee each time AutoPay is returned as declined. AutoPay will run declined transactions on the 5th, 10 & then 15th of the month. After the 15th, membership expires and dancers are removed from the roster. In order to establish membership again, all past-due fees must be paid and a registration fee must be submitted to re-enroll.

Discounts
ALL DISCOUNTS WILL BE ROUNDED TO THE WHOLE DOLLAR AMOUNT AS OF JUNE 18, 2023.
All Discounts are only applied to monthly tuition rates during the regular season and for the Summer 4-week session. Discounts do not apply to Masterclasses, Intensives, Summer Camps, Recital Fees, Registration Fees, Studio Apparel, or Costumes.
Boys- All Boys will receive a 25% discount on monthly tuition.
Families- Families with more than one member (siblings) dancing at the studio will receive a 5% discount on monthly tuition rates. Starting August 2023- Boy & sibling discounts aren’t applied to families of two dancers. Dancers on scholarships do not count toward family discounts.
Military and First Responder discounts- All Active Duty Military, Police, Fire Fighter and EMT Parents will receive a 5% discount for their dancer. Show your military ID or First Responder Badges/IDs at the desk and we will annotate the discount on your account. After the presentation of credentials, all tuition charges will have the discount automatically applied. Current credentials must be shown at the beginning of each new season.
Only one discount may be applied per dancer. No combined discounts.

No Registration Fees for Summer Camps & Courses. Session or Camp costs are required in advance to enroll.
Registration Fees for 2026-2027: $35 for single student/ $55 for Families of two/ $65 for families of three or more
Registration Fee + first month’s tuition is required to secure place on roster for 2026-2027 season. We do not hold places on rosters without payment.

Refunds will not be issued due to missed classes based on student absence or student's inability to attend classes.
A 30-Day notice must be given by email for student withdrawal. Zero account balance is required to submit notice. Recital costumes will not be distributed to students that withdrawal without a 30-Day notice or that have an outstanding account balance at time of withdrawal.
Costume fees: $75 for child-size costumes for dancers in Age 3-4 & 5-6 classes. Level Based classes - Child size is $80 & Adult size is $85. Due November 15th. There are no refunds on costumes once we place the order we the costume company.
Recital Fee: $65 per dancer/$90 for families with multiple dancers. Due March 15th
All student accounts must carry a zero balance. Any account that receives a declined status after 4 AutoPay attempts are made will receive an inactive status and are ineligible to take classes, receive costumes or participate in Showcase activities.
Our Studio runs on a Drop-Off/Pick-Up Basis. Our lobbies are used for drop-off only & for our dancers who have breaks between claasses & for changing shoes. Our Parent Pick-Up Line is outside the front door. We have several Parent Observation Weeks throughout the season & a Recital to watch your dancers progress!
We reserve the right to deny service to any client based on any negative treatment to other families, dancers or staff.
